Return and Refund Policy

Trading cards are a valuable asset and long term investment between buyer and sellers.  Under an unforeseen market change and an asset falls in value after your purchase, this does not mean you can return the item and request a refund for your original purchase price. We do not allow return on items simply because the value on your purchased item has dropped.

We allow returns on a case by case basis only.  An example of an allowed refund would be the item received was not the item purchased.  Another example was the item was significantly damaged upon arrival.  Our team will review each refund request on a case by case basis and make a final decision.

Return Time Frame:  A purchaser is only allowed to request a refund within 72 hours ( 3 business days ) after the item is purchased, delivered and received

Returns for Lost Items : If the buyer never received their purchased item,they have the right to request a refund.  However, any lost mail due to the postal carrier used is the financial responsibility of The  Mob. These unfortunate issues should not be resolved with the postal carrier.
